Upon arrival, I was greeted by a uniquely kind and humorous host named Iannis who was always glad to help out. The hotel looks nice in photos, but upon closer inspection, I noticed some hidden details like unfinished electrical cables and an old bed. Unfortunately, the room had a hole in the floor and unclean areas, including shower mold. However, it was clean overall.

The hotel's location was slightly outside the town center but still excellent being very close to Ammoudara Beach and offering easy access to the bus stop for downtown Irakleio. It was a great place to relax and enjoy a rich and delicious breakfast.

This hotel is a gem! Just a stone's throw away from a bus stop to town and a five-minute walk from a lovely beach. The rooms are modern, clean, and super comfortable, just as advertised. The service is top-notch with welcoming and friendly staff. The location is ideal for exploring Heraklion, though a bit on the outskirts. The dining experience was delicious with a great selection, though eggs could be better. Overall, a fantastic place to stay offering excellent value for money.
