Upon arrival, I was greeted by a uniquely kind and humorous host named Iannis who was always glad to help out. The hotel looks nice in photos, but upon closer inspection, I noticed some hidden details like unfinished electrical cables and an old bed. Unfortunately, the room had a hole in the floor and unclean areas, including shower mold. However, it was clean overall.
This hotel is a gem! Just a stone's throw away from a bus stop to town and a five-minute walk from a lovely beach. The rooms are modern, clean, and super comfortable, just as advertised. The service is top-notch with welcoming and friendly staff. The location is ideal for exploring Heraklion, though a bit on the outskirts. The dining experience was delicious with a great selection, though eggs could be better. Overall, a fantastic place to stay offering excellent value for money.
